CANOE handcrafted beers are brewed in small batches to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516 using only the finest malted barley, hops, yeast and water. They are naturally carbonated, unfiltered and created without the use of additives or preservatives.

A true classic European pilsner. Clean and light in colour. Malty up front with a lively Czech Saaz hop finish. Crisp and exceptionally drinkable. 5.2%

river rock bitter

A true British style E.S.B. Copper coloured. Impressively hopped. Beautifully balanced. Bold robust pronounced taste. 5.2%

beaver brown ale

Our signature beer. Deep mahogany brown in colour. Rich chocolate roasted malt. Subtle and sensual with a full-bodied creamy texture. 5.4%

siren's song pale ale

Pale golden colour with a hint of Baird's Crystal Malt. Balanced with East Kent Golding hops. Smooth, mild and refreshing. 5.0%

habit espresso stout

Brewmaster Sean Hoyne has teamed up with Shane Devereaux from Habit Coffee to create this beautiful stout. Dark, creamy, and deliciously smooth - with the perfect hint of rich espresso. (5.5%)

bavarian copper bock

Winner of a Canadian Brewing Awards Gold Medal (2008), this beer combines a rich malt character with a subtle hop aroma to produce a delicious European-style bock beer. (6.5%)

winter gale strong ale

Rick amber colour with spicy hints of cinnamon, ginger and clove. Malty sweetness with rounded, brandy-like finish. (8.0%)

summer honey wheat ale

A crisp, smooth, light-bodied wheat beer infused with Saanich Peninsula wildflower honey. It's perfect for summer sipping in the BC sunshine! (5.0%)
