At CANOE we strive to uphold the rich brewing traditions that have been passed to us by generations of brewmasters worldwide. We do so using time-honoured methods, but utilizing state-of-the-art brewing equipment and systems. Our understanding of both the "past and present" science of brewing enables us to produce craft beers that are consistently clean, pure, full of flavour and complex in character.

  • To guarantee our customers enjoy a consistent product of the highest standards. CANOE uses no additives or preservatives. Our beers are unfiltered and naturally carbonated. Each is beautifully balanced, clean, full of flavour and character.
  • To keep in mind that our customers range from the true beer aficionado to the first-time sampler. As such, we are committed to sharing our love of the craft with all our patrons, ensuring each and everyone enjoys our CANOE brew, sip after delicious sip.
